He was appointed Apostolic Exarch for Ukrainians in France 27 November, 1982 - 21 July 2012.and Apostolic Exarch of Great Britain 29 sept 1987 - 24 June 1989.He was Postulator for the Cause for the Beatification ofthe Servant of God Metropolitan Andrei Szeptychy; andAdvisor to the Congregation of Oriental Churches.
